The road trip offerings along the Pacific Coast are some of the best in the entire world. There are places that seem to be barely touched by human civilization, which is something that is much harder to find on the opposite coast. From Arizona to Washington State, there are scenic stops, as well as cultural diversity and unique food-and-beverage destinations. One of the best trips I had was across the Pacific Northwest, which has so many take-your-breath-away places that we wished we had four weeks instead of two to experience it all. Obviously, there is a desire to see new places, but if you ask me what vacation I wish I could relive the most, it would be that Pacific Coast road trip that I took years ago. It was one of the most unforgettable trips I ever took.

The best road trip I ever took was a 3-week journey across New York State. My friends and I started in the city of Buffalo, where we explored many of the historical landmarks like the Peace Bridge and Canalside. We then continued eastward through upstate New York, taking in all the stunning scenery along the way. We stopped to hike in Letchworth State Park, camp at Robert H. Treman State Park, and take in the spectacular views of Niagara Falls. The most memorable part of this road trip was our visit to Watkins Glen State Park. This park is an incredible geological wonder with 19 waterfalls cascading down a deep gorge. We hiked the trails and took in all the beauty of nature around us. It felt like we were in an enchanted place and that moment is something I will never forget.

My solo trek across the Southwest of the United States was one of the finest road journeys I've ever had. I left Colorado and finally traveled to California, stopping along the route to take in the gorgeous scenery. Every day of the journey pushed me beyond my limits, whether it was visiting prehistoric Native American ruins or mountain passes with breathtaking views. It also involved activities like hiking into secluded gorges and soaking in hot springs. It was a wonderful trip that I will remember for years to come because of the sense of adventure and freedom I felt while going through this stunning region.

The best road trip I ever took was from Texas to California. It was special because of the incredible scenery and stops we made along the way. We started in Austin, went through different parts of Texas, and then drove through Arizona and New Mexico before arriving in Los Angeles. Along the way, we stopped at some amazing places like Carlsbad Caverns, the Grand Canyon, and Monument Valley. We also visited some interesting cities like Santa Fe and Las Cruces, both of which were full of culture and history. The best part was stopping at different national parks along the way so we could take in all the incredible views. It was an amazing adventure that I'll never forget!

Canada is a beautiful place to take a road trip, and I've been lucky enough to have gone on a wonderful one. We drove through the province of Quebec, starting in Montreal, and drove around the entire eastern coast. You can follow the coast for a few days and constantly have a view of the water. There's so much to see and it's absolutely breathtaking. Once you follow that coast for a few days, you'll end up in the Maritimes (the eastern set of Canadian provinces) and there's even more beauty and nature to see as you drive. In total, we were able to drive through portions of four provinces in just over a week, and it was beautiful. We stopped at lookouts, ate great food, saw a variety of wildlife, and really enjoyed the road trip. I recommend the east coast of Canada to anyone and everyone!

Route 69 offers a variety of experiences, such as visiting historical sites, like the Route 66 Museum in Elk City, Oklahoma, or the Cadillac Ranch in Amarillo, Texas. It also offers natural beauty and outdoor activities, like the Grand Canyon National Park, one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World, and Petrified Forest National Park, known for its colorful rock formations and petrified trees. It's the variety of experiences that makes Route 69 a special road trip destination; you can drive through different landscapes and cultures, and also get a glimpse of the American history and way of life.

The best road trip I ever took was from Seattle to Portland. I had only been to Seattle once before and loved it. I had never been to Portland. The Pacific Northwest is one of the most beautiful regions in the United States and makes for an iconic drive. If you value nature and greenery and want to go on a road trip without being in the car all day, I highly recommend exploring this section of the I-5. #best

Undoubtedly, this is one of the greatest road trips ever. One of the most well-known roads in the country, the Pacific Coast Highway is a section of California's State Route 1, which follows most of the state's Pacific coastline. Once you reach Eureka, the gateway to California, you can keep driving along the coast and exploring towns like Portland, Oregon. Before moving to San Francisco, I visited the Sequoia Park Forest & Garden in Eureka, which was the icing on the cake of my journey. I continued traveling south, stopping first in Santa Barbara, California, for a romantic weekend, before arriving in San Diego. I encountered breathtaking coastal views during our true North American road trip, especially in San Diego, a city that will always have a special place in my heart.

We spent two weeks driving from Ohio out to the Grand Canyon to help our Grandpa Tom check off a destination on his bucket list. Prior to this, the furthest they'd ventured west was St. Louis. The trip was special because our grandparents are in their 80s and the journey was full of firsts for them. Obviously, it was the first time they experienced the Grand Canyon. But on top of that, driving through the Rocky Mountains, seeing the Arches in Moab, and just taking in fun roadside stops in new places were all a hit. Sure, the journey was a little slower-paced than it would be with just my wife and kids. But being able to take your grandparents across the country for the first time was an experience we'll never forget.
