Korean Beef Bulgogi

An easy meal you can cook on Sunday evening for the family is Korean-style Beef Bulgogi. It's a flavorful dish made with thinly sliced beef sirloin marinated in a mixture of soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, rice wine, and sesame seeds.

I then cook the beef in a skillet with green onions and served it over rice. It's a delicious and impressive meal that's sure to please your family.

Classic Italian Lasagna

The easy dish you can make is a classic Italian lasagna. Not only is it easy to make, but it will please everyone in the family.

To begin, preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and start layering your lasagna by spreading a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish. Next, layer in cooked lasagna noodles, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, and your favorite Italian spices.

Add a layer of sauce to the top and let it bake for approximately 30 minutes or until the cheese melts and bubbles. Serve it with a side salad or some crusty garlic bread and you have an easy, delicious Sunday evening meal for the whole family to enjoy.

Spaghetti

A simple and easy meal that you can cook on Sunday evening for the family is spaghetti. Spaghetti is a very simple and easy dish to make and it is also very easy to make in large quantities.

You can cook spaghetti for a family of four or more by following a few simple steps. First, cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.

Then, heat a pan with some oil and garlic and add some chopped onions, and you can add the chopped carrot and red pepper. After five minutes, add some chopped tomatoes and cook all that for 20 minutes, more or less.

After that, add the cooked spaghetti. Season with salt and pepper and add some fresh parsley if you have some. Serve with grated cheese on top.

Tuna Tacos With Spicy Mayo

I love making tuna tacos with spicy mayo because they're so easy to make and taste delicious. What I do is I season the tuna with soy sauce and pepper and I put it in the oven for 12-15 minutes until it's toasted outside but not dry on the inside.

Then I mix mayo, sriracha, and a bit of lime to spread on a tortilla. I also sauté a few veggies like scallions, onions, and bell peppers, and that's it! Put it all together and you're ready!

Korean Ground Turkey

As a food blogger, I'm always on the lookout for easy and flavorful meals that the whole family will enjoy. One of my favorite Sunday evening meals is a Korean-style ground turkey recipe that's both quick to make and packed with flavor.

Serve the Korean-style ground turkey over a bed of steamed rice, and garnish with additional sliced green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.

This dish is easy to make, and it's packed with protein and vegetables, making it a well-rounded and satisfying meal for the whole family. Plus, the flavors of the soy sauce, sesame oil, and gochujang add a delicious umami kick that's sure to please even the pickiest eaters.
